With over 25 years career spanning Academics, Banking and Consulting, Adeniyi brings strong expertise and perspective to the Board. He has a First Degree in Accounting and Masters in Finance, both from University of Maiduguri.

He is a chartered Management Consultant, a certified Project Manager, a member of the Institute of Directors (Nigeria) and a fellow/member of many other professionals bodies.

He has played prominent roles in several project implementations, within and outside the Banking industry. He also comes to the Board with deep insight and understanding of Banking Operations, Credit, Trade Finance, Risk Management, Treasury and Customer Service.

He presently lead a Management Consulting firm with operations within and outside Nigeria, (especially across West Africa); with strong focus on Process and Performance Review, Efficiency & profitability Improvement, Change Management and Leadership Development.
