Corporate Internet Banking (CIB) is the ideal and secure channel for our Corporate, Enterprise and Institutional customers across Private and Government segments. The channel allows customers to conduct their payment transfer transactions anytime and anywhere.

Corporate I-Bank is for Corporate, Enterprise and Institutional customers across Private and Government segments to that make frequent local and/or international payments.

– Instant Funds Transfer: Customers can transfer money instantly between own corporate bank accounts and can also transfer funds from their corporate accounts to any beneficiary’s account nationwide seamlessly with a few clicks.

– Single Bulk Payment: Corporates can manage and upload all vendor, salary payments etc. in csv/Excel formats and Approve with a single click.

To start using Corporate Internet Banking, you should have a business account with Parallex Bank (visit any of our branches to open one if you are new).

Customers will need to complete a Corporate Internet Banking Application Form. The form is available for download online here or visit any Parallex Bank branches for physical enrolment support.

Kindly complete the application form and submit to your account officer or a customer service officer at any Parallex branch.  Corporate Internet Banking platform can be deployed in less than 48 hours.

With Corporate Internet Banking, the users in the organization are given specific roles on the Corporate Internet Banking platform. Whatever functions they needed to do manually can now be done online on the Corporate I-Bank platform.

All you require is a personal computer or any other device with an Internet connection and your login details.

Go to www.parallexbank.com, select ‘Corporate’ on the Internet Banking drop down at the top of the page and click ‘Login’.

What is a Username?
– Your Username is made up of your first and last name and it’s issued to you by the Bank. It is a mandatory requirement for login.

Where can I get my Username?
– It is contained in the Activation Letter printed for you or sent to your email when you requested for Corporate Internet Bank

Forgot Username?
-If you have forgotten your Username and cannot find the Activation Letter, you may contact your company account officer or the branch where you opened your account.

What is a PIN?
– A PIN is a unique 4 -6 digit number created by you when you login to Corporate Internet Banking for the first time.

My PIN was reset, how can I login?
– Kindly provide a written instruction on your company letter head stating what you require to be forwarded to your account officer with customercare@parallexbank.com in the copy of your mail.

What is Token Code?
-Token code is an app which you would download from Play Store/Appstore and onboard yourself as self- service .

I lost my token/my token is damaged.
– Kindly report the issue to your Account Officer. Fill an online Indemnity Form and request a new token.

I get an error message ‘Invalid token logon’ when I try to login. What does this mean?
– It means your token has been locked. You should send an email to  customercare@parallexbank.com with details of your Username, Account Number and token Serial Number (this is the number at the back of your hardware token). Kindly send the email from the email address you used to register for Corporate Internet Banking. Alternatively, you may call 0700 PARALLEX (0700 7272 5539) to speak with our customer care center.

I get an error message ‘Token is locked’ when I try to Login

What if I forget my PIN, Password and Username?
– Kindly contact your account officer or Parallex contact centre or visit a branch and provide a written instruction on your letter head for a PIN change.

I get an error message ‘Token is locked’ when I try to login
– You should send an email to your account officer or visit the closet branch with an instruction on your letter head.
