Terms and Conditions

  1. For all devices bought and which the customer observes any factory error (bad battery, dents, and bad screen, dead on arrival), the maximum period of escalation for replacement is 3days from when the device was delivered to customer.
  2.  In a case whereby a customer requests for a device and on the second thought wishes to change the device, he would be required to pay up the full balance for the new device. This payment won’t be included in his loan repayment balance.
  3. For damages on devices arising from light surge or mechanical faults during usage, we won’t be liable for bearing the cost of fixing.
  4. For Warranty iPhones, there is a 12month warranty cover. If any issues arise within this period, the device would be replaced/fixed back depending on the fault by the Authorized Service Center.
  5. For Non warranty iPhones, in an event of a manufacturer’s defect it will be replaced/fixed within 2 weeks of purchase depending on the fault. Any time after that, customer will bear cost of repair.
  6. For Laptops, in the case of any defect within the 1year warranty, it will be recalled and taken to the authorized service center for fixing.
  7. For Samsung devices, in the case of any defect it is covered under 24months warranty. If any issues arise within this period, the device would be replaced/fixed back depending on the fault.
  8. For Tecno, Infinix, Nokia, Xiaomi, Huawei, Vivo, Oppo devices. They are covered under 12months warranty, if any issues arise within this period the device would be replaced/fixed back depending on the fault.
  9. Receipt can only be given after loan is completed.
  10. All devices purchased via Device Financing are bundled with Screen and Liquid Damage Cover.
