Parallex Mobile App is a mobile banking platform which allows the customers perform banking and lifestyle transactions with the aid of their smart phones or tablets anytime and anywhere.

  • Download the Parallex Mobile App from the App Store on your phone
  • Install and launch the App
  • Select ‘Sign up’ to register
  • Select ‘Yes’ for ‘do you have an account with us?’
  • Input your Account Number
  • Input your BVN, this will trigger an OTP to the mobile number registered on your BVN
  • Input the OTP
  • Create your preferred username (minimum of 8 characters)
  • Create your preferred password (must contain Upper case, Lower case, and a number)
  • Reconfirm password
  • Create your preferred Transaction PIN
  • Reconfirm Transaction PIN
  • Input Referral Code (Not Compulsory)
  • Select your interest areas
  • Click Submit to complete onboarding process
  • Login to the App with your newly created credentials to transact
  • Download the Parallex Mobile App from the App Store on your phone
  • Install and launch the App
  • Click on ‘Sign Up’

  • Input your BVN
  • Input your Email Address, Phone Number and Referral Code (An OTP is sent to the mobile number & email address registered on the BVN provided)

  • Click on Get Free Card
  • Click on card account to be linked to the card
  • Select account number you want the card on
  • Select request reason
  • Select “verve” for card option
  • Select delivery or pick up option for DELIVERY

You open a tier 1 account with applicable limit of:

  • N50,000 cumulative daily transaction limit
  • N300,000 cumulative balance

Yes, you can if those accounts have same customer ID, and you can also transact from all of them.

Password: This is an eight-character secret alpha-numeric data that must be used to gain access to the Parallex Mobile App. It must be a minimum of Eight characters.

Transaction PIN is your ‘4’ digits number created at the point of onboarding on the App which will be used to authenticate transactions (Transfers, Bills payment etc.)

8 characters is the default for password, and it must contain Upper case, Lower case and Number. 

  • Biometric authentication is the use of physical characteristics such as a fingerprint, facial patterns to again access to the app. It can also be used to authenticate transactions. This is used as an alternative to password and pin number.

  • Select ‘Reset Transaction PIN’ and follow the prompt.

You can click on the forgot password button on the Parallex Mobile App login page to carry out a self-password reset.

Yes, it can be increased to a maximum of N5M.
